Worst experience so far. Staff is really bad. You will get typical answers from them. They didn’t come to my home for delivery. They came & gave receipt to watchman & said ask them to collect from post office. Then I got msg that no one opened door. When I went there to get it & got worst experience again. It took 2 hours to get my RC book. First of all they didn’t deliver or didn’t come to home. Then making problems when we go there to collect. My advice is to all that don’t use service like this.
Rudest guys on the planet earth... Not ready to listen ... no brains for reasoning .... I told them my father has dementia and he tore up the delivery note ... So I am not aware of me missing out delivery... They go to me not our look out go to rto and sort it out... We don't know know where ur parcel is
They're very uncooperative. They themselves don't know the rules and instructions but they claim to know. Today I had the worst experience when a package that I received via post was denied to be sent to another receiver via post. Mind you that this was my second time visiting them as they denied the first time because I didn't follow the "instructions". Instructions were to not pack it and show them the contents and pack it at the post office only. So this time I followed the instructions and I was refused to post it. It was a simple toy! They refused to take it claiming that this will be damaged when I showed them it was delivered to me by post only and I had brought the material to pack it securely. I was just supposed to forward the parcel but this post office made it difficult for me. In the end I called the complaint number but even they were disinterested in solving this but said that they'll talk to post office anyway. Well since I didn't want my time to go waste anymore I ended up finding nearest courier service and sent it via courier. I cannot believe post office refusing a parcel because they claim it is bound to get damaged when it came undamaged from another post office. Makes you wonder how they handle your packages carelessly to the point they say confidently that your parcel will get damaged via post so go to courier service.
two time i got courier document and both the time without visiting home, post man declared house lock...and had to collect it from distance post office...poor service..
This is one of the worst post office I ever visited.... Staff is to lazy...i am stucked from past one month...i was came here for opening saving account and monthly income scheme (MIS) I submitted the document on 29/06/2020 with cheque attached of 9 lakh..my cheque passed on 06/07/2020 with name of post master Kalamboli.. Scene then I am coming to collect my documents but they every time tell me we do not receive your cheque.. Problem is this staff don't want to work.. Feeling stuck with my work and lost to much time..and I have to visit this place on regular basis.. During lock down.. Very poor decision of mine to come here.. Feeling frustrated ????????
