This hospital is not for business. All the nurses, doctors, support staff, Bethany sisters, clergymen have empathy towards the patient and those attending to the patient which cures you faster than expected. My mother and me were treated with love more than medicines. I recommend this hospital for your medical care when finding ethical doctors is very rare these days.

Had my wife's delivery here. Deluxe room taken. But it was horrible. Broken window panes and net. Bathroom seemed liked the ones u get in two star hotel. The staff were ok, probably over worked . There was hardly 2 staff for the entire wing. No words about the horrible food . The bystander bed is apparently made for a kid probably. An average person is bound to fall. Overall its all seems good on the outside but internal affairs is all horrible and old and messy. But bill comes as if you were given five star treatment. Definitely a money minded hospital . Exhorbitant charges for the kind of services they provide. If at all anything was good, it was the doctors

The staff & the doctors were good but the catering was HORRIBLE. No proper food, snacks available. There was no acess to the canteen from the rooms, inspite of it being a Deluxe room with single occupancy. No coffee available for patient who wanted it. The vegetarian food was tasteless & the three day stay lead to a stomach upset after discharge. It will be a service to the attendants & patients if the management look into this aspect of providing proper & some variety of food & access to canteen from rooms.

Worst nursing care in maternity wards. We have taken super deluxe room and the nursing care is zero. They claim to take all precautions during this covid time but they don't even sanitize hands while seeing the patient. Wrong medicine dose was given to my new born baby. The nurse supervisor Irene came and was justifying the nursing team by saying doctor didn't write legible prescription. She said she will get back to me after enquiry but in vain. I didn't receive any calls or messages from her. Dr Suja and dr jacob has been good.. but request the administration to take necessary steps in improving the concern raised. Let the motto of the organization be shown in the care given to the patient.
