They dont really follow the online appointment system. Even if you book your appointments well in advance, you still have to stand in the queue and get your file numbered. My file was numbered 10, the office opened at 10AM and it took almost 3 hours for my number. I know for sure, I saw people with file number 36. I dont know if they were able to get their work done. If you are booking, be their by 9AM and stand in a queue, don't argue with the guys at the gate, they won't let you in.
Usually a very crowded place due to the various activities training place... Was a special place as rt pcr tests were conducted for free.. But not so for last 15 days. I wonder why?
For marriage certificate best place. Very cooperative staff. To avoid long queues go early in the morning. Keep all documents ready and reach by 8 :00 am,around 9:30 am they allows to enter in the premises
There is no proper procedure of work pattern that is to be followed. They should mention all the appointment details clearly in the website which they haven't. Even after filling an online form, we have to refill the offline form. Appointment time was 11 am and we came at 10.20 am still we had to wait till 3 pm to get our number. Pathetic service, no corona protocals are been taken care of. Lot of people are waiting in one area. No use of starting a helpline number even when u have to wait for so many hours.
Usual government offices but marginally cleaner and better serviced. The point is, the job for which I had gone was accomplished. So that was appreciable.
