Today, there was scheduled vaccination for my mother at this centre. But when we went there for the same on time, the centre was locked and there was no any prior notice given by the centre. Lot of people there coming from the long way to that centre for vaccination in this pandemic but, no one expected such an irresponsible behaviour by the centre. Govt should rethink of making that type of centre as covid vaccination centre.
Hidden place , difficult to find but regarding vaccination nice job , supportive staff , all protocol followed

Public health care unit is very neat and clean for vaccination purpose
The place is bit clumsy and located in remote area. Staff is good and cooperative.
