To my utmost surprise, one of the staff member at their Court Road, Saharanpur store was arrogant and nasty. Very bad experience overall while I went there to exchange one of the apparel that I bought for gifting someone and size was an issue. While I was buying it, the staff was as expected pretending to be so nice and well behaved promising that they would exchange without any issues as long as the item is unused and it has a tag. On the contrary, as I went there after few days for exchanging the oversized item, the staff did not even have the courtesy to let me and my family come inside near the billing counter. Soon they got to know that we came there to exchange, they went into denial mode asking back to back questions as if they were interrogating. (Questions such as if I have a bill, any message on my number, even if one of their recognized us, this guy did not care to confirm it internally with themselves first or just scan the god damn tag to get details from there). I would not suggest any of my acquaintances to go and visit their store certainly. A big question mark on the customer experience and service from a branded store like W.
Sales man performance was v good. Increase in good newly arrived wears.
