The best! Had many cases registered for different treatments family, friends etc. Never had a bad experience at all. Staff is supportive and co-operative. It is all by the leadership defined and the principle on which this hospital was built. Other departments like the insurance, accounts etc. are very supportive during your tuff times.
Good Hospital. Very good facility. Better take appointment before reaching directly. Hospital is at Prime location , so parking should not be expected.
Came here for first dose of Covoshield. There was 3 lanes of occupied parking and I missed the gate that leads to parking (Vaccination crowd), so had to run around about 10 minutes to find a spot. If you have a car, just goto Gate No 4 for parking, it is almost at the center of the building. Vaccination entrance is from Gate No 5. You will get a numbered slip upon showing your registration and will be seated in shed. After this you will be moved to 2nd shed. Waiting time at gate 20-25 min, 1st shed and 2nd shed took 10-15 each. You shall carry a pen preferably so fill in the registration slip. After 2nd shed, you need to be in queue for your registration to be verified preferably. Once this is done, you need to make the payment, cash or card. Card takes time. After all these, taking the jab just took 10 seconds. and you are directed to the resting area next to Jab area. There is less ventilation in this area. Right opposite to resting area is the "I took the Vaccination" photo booth. Overall, great experience except that registration verification person insisted on Aadhaar card, even though PAN card is fine.
