For the vaccination drive I booked the slot from 9:30 to 11:30. I went there ~10:30 to see 100 odd people in queue when only 50 were allowed in that slot. When I enquired why are there more than 50 people and why are they allowing beyond the scheduled slot, they said you have to stand in queue towards end and stop asking questions. What’s the use of online booking then? I also requested to give numbered coupons to all as it just started drizzling but the staff was adamant. Soon it started raining heavily that resulted in utter chaos. When you cannot even administer this simple thing, why are you getting into it? Just for money? The aim of vaccination is to control COVID19 spread and with this social distancing, you are in fact encouraging the spread. God bless mentally of such people who feel powerful when they get to manage things and actually misuse the power.
Dr.Mam is very good in consulting. But be careful while talking with accounts department. They talk some fishy during discussion. While giving estimation, account department never provide estimation clearly, while billing they added costs for PPE kit 2k and other misleneous. In my case account department given estimation of 9.5k for fixed and medicine of 1.5k for a day. But while taking discharge they have 2.5k for PPE kit extra and ask to pay 4.1k. So all please be clear while talking with account department.
Only good thing about this hospital is cleaning lady. She is the only one who knows how to do her job right I find all doctors extremely rude and in bad mood always. They never answer ones question fully . They does not clarify what they are doing or what will be side effects. When asked they don't know the answer. Not a trustworthy place for surgery. IDK about maternity but doctor was mocking one pregnant lady(behind her back offcourse) in front of me because she was 103kg and diebetic. Overall experience was extremely disappointing,its like management and doctor's thought process does not match.
WORST EXPERIENCE ...My wife visited the doctor, prescribed blood test, consultancy fees was 400 ( without touching patient and that too paid in advance ) blood test charged Rs 1250 ...till now considered ...BUT ...when i took blood report to her next day , staff told me that you can't visit doctor again for report consultancy , it will charge you again Rs 300. I didn't get , what should I do with that Blood report? , when a common person don't understand the ABC of report ...agar muze samaz me aata to me doctor k pass kyu Jata ... VERY NEGATIVE EXPERIENCE...
Exemplary & Outstanding Service. Going with Healing Touch Hospital for Baby Delivery was last min decision, and we were bit apprehensive to choose Healing Touch as we had already booked and paid advance Deposit to another known Mother & Child Care Hospital in Pune.. I am sure most of us aware about Cloud-9 & Surya Mother Child Care, both has good rating and well known for Maternity cases. It wasn't any easy call for us to go with Healing touch, reason we choose Healing Touch. 1) Gynaecologist availability, as she is visiting daily here. 2) Non Covid Hospital 3) Easy commute, near to residence. 4) No show off, prerequisite formalities etc,usually big names, they have certain factors, ask to share your insurance details, limits etc, cake cutting, photo shoot, hospitalities components, etc, but again it's individual choice, you don't get anything free, Hospital do charge smartly in Package, for me wanted to keep things simple and COVID situation was alarming. It's important to note we choose India, instead of NORWAY/ OSLO where Hospital Infra far better then India, personal preference.. it's always good to be around with our own people. Gynecologist Experience : Dr. Priyamvada Shah, our first Baby delivered under her supervision in 2016, She is one of THE BEST Gynecologist in Pune at present, we have been associated with her since 2016, an ultimate professional, when you interact with her you feel you talking with your family members.. important to note was away from my family for 8 months and returned india prior a week of delivery, so all the routine check-up & follow-up were performed under her supervision,Strongly recommended. Treatment & experience Baby Delivery.. A Fantastic & fantabulous experience, honestly amazed to see such response, didn't expected, we reached Hospital on schedule 7.00am, team were in stand-by, done with some Initial documentation etc, it's C Sections. everything went so smooth, within 45 min Baby & Mother's were released from OT, learned their OT is big and equiped with all advance Machinery / Equipments. Overall Support & Rating. 1)Maushi Support 4/5 2)Sister Support 4/5 3)Periodic Checks & Medicine 4/5 4)Night staff presence 4/5 5)Cleaning of room Bed Sheets 4/5 6)Toilet Cleaning 3/5, Needs Improvement 7)Insurance Claim 4/5, I am yet to receive final bills hope things will be transparent. 8) Physiotherapy 4/5 9) Do & Don't, Vaccination 4/5 Sincere Thanks team & other members.. Admin & Insurance: Swati Patil, who's heads the Billing & Admin section, impressive work, observed she was personally visiting each room to check Cleaning etc and took feedback verbally. Improvement. 1) Less paper work, Go Digital - I think, in india our Hospital and other institutions yet to mature, we need to eliminate repetative paper work, once patients details punched into system, all Backend formalities to be handled by governing authorities, whereas this wasn't case here, multiples time, every visit you need to share details that's irritating and cause of concern. 2) Cleaning & Food Serving tifin for patients specially, the tifin provided to patients one were broken & used one, Hospital should provide disposal food packages. 3) Billing, Cashless, Cash Payments, Hospitals in India should be transparent enough to share the cost, the first question whether patient's hold insurance or not, in general it's moreover general practice by Hospital in India to pull Money from Insurance quota + Extra Charge etc, needs to be improved.
