Hi , I had visited at KHM for chest doctor (Mr. Pankaj bang) for the treatment of my mother , she is suffering with shortness of breathing and cough , doctor had visited and within 4-5 minutes hurry and improper consultation he called for next patient ,his behavior was very rude and unprofessional very arrogant, while asking for some question he is completely ignoring you ,his behavior like giving you a "bheek" Oh comeon I am paid Rs.400 its not free service like governments. Doctor like you describe in one word pathetic. Hope KHM will take strict action
The third grade place...they just say as trust but they charge more than private hospitals....also the staff keeping assking to pay but they dont have proper explaination of money they want other than deposit
Worse experience nursing staff do not have any manners how to talk with patients and their relatives ???????? nurses very rude they don't give proper orientation to pts .
1. No seating arrangements at all even for even 1 relative of the hospitalised patients at the third floor. Seating arrangements only at the ground floor, with OPD people. One needs to sit at the stairs if legs start paining. 2. No stretcher lift available to carry patients to the third floor ICU. One needs to carry the patient from the stairs. The list available is only capable of taking wheel chair bound patients. 3. Doctors hardly on time. Long waiting time and lot of uncertainty as well. Sometimes he does not turn up, for which we need to reschedule the appointment. Good part: Complete transparency of charges levied. Very very reasonable cost and people having shoe string budget can very well look forward to having the treatment here. Really and sincerely appreciate the costing. Good job done considering the costs levied.
