Good service, well coordinated for health checkup
We had been here for a regular health checkup. Mrs. Geetha was the co-ordinator and was there with us throughout the check-up. She ensured that all the tests included in our package were covered. All the reports were delivered to us within 3 hours. The entire staff is very good over here and are very co-operative. Thank you for the excellent service!!
Terrible and the people will never guide you properly regarding billing and appointment. It's really causes frustration for initial visit of the patients. Money makers. Lab test is fine. Usually here some doctors have to learn how to speak and communicate with nervous patients should not tell their negativity directly. At least you have to create positive vibes among the patients... never ever scare them for money.
Today we as a family of senior citizens from age 65 to 90 visited the hospital for Covid vaccine. Wonderful arrangements. Right from receiving us by Ms.Indrani at the entrance up to sending us off by male staff at observation hall, all staff were very courteous and smiling. The doctor administering the vaccine made us very comfortable. Very good arrangement by the hospital. Thanks.
