Quality hospital in Noida, supportive staff as well. But little expensive.
Unprofessional service. No one to guide. Exorbitant charges. Nurses and other staff are unprofessional. So may mosquitoes in the wards. Toilets too are unclean. Canteen is decent.
Staff at the hospital is very courteous and helpful, some thing which is expected from a place which is full of emotions. I went for my covid vacation with lot of skepticism, as going to hospital at this time is scary but the entire experience was really good. Team is doing a great job at the ground by doing health check ups pre and post vaccination to ensure you are safe.
Very pathetic and staff ready to loot people at every instance. It's better to go to some smaller hospital than Fortis. They did unnecessary tests and repeated tests that were done 2 days back only. They won't spare even Rs 500 worth of tests. The Doctors are only worried about mincing money.
Fortis hospital in Noida is worst place for patient. I have noticed most of the staff is very careless, specially nursing staff. Nobody cares about patient, what they care about is only money. I was in hospital for one week, my sister was there for brain surgery and I have personally seen the level of carelessness of nursing staff, doctors in Fortis. My MRI films and report was misplaced by doctor/nursing staff and when I raised complaint in Patient welfare department, no positive response I had received. So, on each and every point I have faced very bad or I would say worst experience with Fortis Noida.
