Worst experience from Bharat Gas. They are not delivering the cylinder at home. What about old people how are they supposed to collect the cylinder and bring it home.. Shame on them

Worst experience with one of the technicians from Vighnaharta. We recently shifted to an apartment where it was a gas pipeline connection and so we had to change the knob for three burner glass top automatic gas stove. We have called one of the technicians from this firm and he visited and told us that this is an automatic gas stove and requires machine bendinh to fix it. He took the stove and brought back only after 6 days after continuous calls and follow-ups. We got to know that out of threes burner one wasn't working and when asked to fix it. He started yelling at us saying the quality is not good and it won't be fixed. After arguing for sometime, he agreed to fix it and took back the stove. After 3 days when he brought back the burner wasn't placed properly and since then we are following up but there is no reply.
