I had visited this hospital for my covid vaccination and it was a pretty good experience. The doctors and medical personnel were friendly and helpful ☺️. Good social distancing methods were followed. Car parking was a challenge as there were not enough spots left, but otherwise it was good. The hospital was pretty easy to find, as it was next to a well known mall. Thank you Apollo hospital for hosting the vaccine drive and helping people stay safe!
Dr. Raghu, Ophthalmologist at Apollo Hospitals, Sheshadripuram, Bangalore is our eye surgeon who performed surgery for my mother. He took great care in making her feel comfortable and explained the procedure, process and educated her about the procedure as he was doing it. He is very patient and cool in clarifying our doubts. He is honest and explains all about the process in a comforting way. A big salute to him???????? The nurses also took great care of her. Apart from providing the best medical care, their human touch was a blessing. They were Considerate and gentle in their care and were prompt in providing all that we wanted. Hats off to the nurses and the selfless service they provide ????????????
Even I would be happy to give a rating of above 5. A big thanks to Doctors, Nurses, Dietician, including Security and Pantry team for their services which is beyond words to express. They all hold a beautiful smile always. My husband was admitted due to health issues and got discharged the next day, the Apollo team ensured that they give proper care and ensured a good recovery. And they are not money minded too.. Thanks a lot Apollo Team!
The thing called social distancing is joke here & that too at high risk hospital zone. Didn't expect this from Apollo after paying Rs. 850 for vaccine. They could have definitely managed it better. No social distancing or seating arrangements at the main gate and they made everyone wait for around 1 hour citing lunch timing as reason even though we reached during our scheduled time. Once they let you enter inside that gate, it is somewhat better but obviously WHO recommend 6 feet distance is nowhere maintained and billing process is also very chaotic.People too are also responsible but hospital surely could have managed it nicely.

Iam very happy about the treatment and explanation given by the doctor's. Very satisfied. The nurses were also the best. Thank you each and everyone. Apollo hospital Sheshadripuram is the best known place for all the cardiac diseases.
