We visited Apollo Cradle for the delivery of my child. From the day we wanted confirmation to this day when we visit the clinic for consultation and vaccinations, the professionalism is impeccable, all the while maintaining a calm and pleasing demeanour keeping the moods light. The maternity packages are very useful and the lactation and child birth class specifically for the men are strongly recommended. All along all appointments were kept and even during the delivery days, the support lent was hugely appreciated.
I got two phone numbers as contact numbers through a chat from their web site. Sine 9 to 1 Pm i called those two numbers and it is continuously busy. If any emergency patient is there what is the fate of that patient. Or they might have purposefully removed the phone. Hospital like Apollo should not behave like this. Sorry to say
The doctors and the house-keeping staff are very good. But the management is pathetic. Till now I haven't received my baby birth certificate(it has been 6 months!!) and they never respond to any queries. They would be professional only till you pay the fees and after receiving money in full they don't care about your concerns.
Experience was good.. but duty doctors at that time was not comforting .. birthing process is as it is tough you shouldn't make it even hard for the mother.. so the duty doctor telling not to make any noise makes no sense. But the nursing staff are good
Unprofessional administrative unit.. not accommodative to patients requests. There are a few good doctors, like all hospitals.. recommend this hospital only if you are very comfortable with a doctor here. If not, would not recommend this hospital. Kudos to the nursing staff, they are by far the best aspect of the hospital.. super happy with them..
