It is good but there were less number of staff according to work which suffer people a lot .
Worst service. They don't value customers time. Even I have submitted kyc 2 times but they didn't updated my profile & address. Branch Manager is unable to link my PPF A/c with Savings A/c with 2 different CIF nos. Neither provided its solution to me. Better to switch to private banks..
The new Manager of this branch as on dt 12-11-2019 is not up to the mark. He does not want to help the customers. Always ignoring in any matter of work in this bank. Behave with customers is also not good. 1 star from my side only for this branch manager.
