If you are from Raigad district then this is your civil hospital. Here you can get you medical fitness certificate from civil surgeon. There are 2 buildings (opd and beds) For civil surgeon, you have go to ward 35 (1st floor) in the opd building. They will give you a form, for filling the form you have to visit various other wards like eye, ent, surgery, general, ob-gyn, psych, lab, and get the doctors' signature. And then go back to ward 35 and submit your documents along with the form filled by various doctors. Get your documents like appointment letter (if certification for govt jobs), aadhar card, two photos along with pen and glue. Wednesdays are for disabled persons. So planning accordingly.
