My marriage certificate is not ready even after 10 days, nothing uploaded online as well. Very slow and lazy staff. They don’t even know how to respond to queries, very rude. Seems like they just don’t want to work. Photocopy place right at the campus of BMC said they can make my certificate ready in 2 days if i pay him instead. It means he might be paying officers under the table to get my work done faster. Totally corrupt office. Also, more than half of the number listed on website are not working or no one is answering.
Website is mess and not mobile friendly, some staff is good but some staff is lazy for working. Very bad experience.
Phone number is disconnected since very long, not in service number, Trying to get shop act licence unfortunately it's taking very long then expected. Things is contract based employees are very ride towards to general public. Need improvement. Based on corona (covid-19) guideline safety it's 100% Not guaranteed. Visit with your own risk, people are roming in BMC like it's Corona free city.
