As per my experience doctors and nurses were friendly and everything was available facilities were good but there was lack of hygiene in some Ward's toilets were not cleaned and bedsheet was dirsty too
Very worse service. 1).The whole hospital’s staff, Nurses, Doctors are not at all cooperative.( I would also include the dean of the hospital) 2).They dont have full stop on their language. It in whole gives feeling of that rasta wala mavali kind of hospital. 3).All the doctors are only trained students.In worst and serious cases also there are no experienced doctors to handle such cases. Patients in ICU are also only taken care by these students(who are not Dr.are only given tag of Dr.). 4).In serious cases they dnt have any facilities for blood check.They make us run here and there for blood checks and then the reports which we get is either late night or next day. Till that time even that students dont know what to do. And they next day patient dies.This is my personal experience. 5).G.T hospital really dont care about the life of the patients. They are all like are yeh to chalta rahega. 6).Dr. who come for round does not even ask patients how are they feeling they only ask their doctors how that patient is. Which is not valid 6)The uncle was admitted in a very serious case even we did not knew what had happened. We got him in the hospital at afternoon at 12.00. They kept him in common room where all patients were there made him change and were asking to shift him to ICU. We asked the doctors (trained students) what was the matter. They said we cannot say anything now.Then after 2 hrs they shifted him to ICU as there was no place.They then started checking him inside we did not knew what they were doing we were not allowed to go inside. They started giving us blood and asked to go here and there for reports.After receiving one report they were still not knowing what had happened.till Night 11 they still did not knew.The doctor outside ICU was very casual. They had put some pipe in the nose for oxygen supply. After some time when we went to look at him from out side he was bleeding from his nose. That stupid student dr.did not see that. They were not looking after patients. We then told them that he was bleeding from his nose. That mootu dr stupid said ‘ ha hum dekh lenge.’ In morning 4 we got the news that he is no more. The body was just in ICU. My father was outside the ICU. Myself reached at hospital at 6.00 am. They did not open the ICU and we were not allowed to look at him. The doctors all were sleeping at their places. This was all casual for them. Still in the morning also we asked them Atleast now tell us what had happened to him now to he is dead. But still the reply was same. We have still not understood. I dont know after all the reports and he was already dead still they did not knew what was the issue. What kind of the doctors you have Mr. Dean. This is for Mr Dean of the hospital. If you really care about your patients and their life please stop recruiting such students in your hospital. They are of no use. Also please take training of you staffs,nurses and also teach them some ethics’s. Because you or your staff won’t understand what their families are going through. I still have more two worst experience.

Very bad hospital my father passes away one day ago but no one has inform us very pathentic hospital doctor told us that your father is well but they hide is news of death plz no one is visit this hospital
Covid facility ward 12. Hospital staff doctor ,nurse , mama are helpful caring . Facility ,washrooms are worst and make cause more harm to patients heath
