Worst service for the old customers.No standard protocols followed for atm/credit card issuance. Officials have no responsibility on the issuing of Debit/credit card for the elderly retired people.. Once application submitted, they do not even process it for 15-20days, generally kept on hold.. It's totally AGAINST the guidelines of 'usual receipt of debit/credit card within 7-8 working days as mentioned in bank protocols.. While tracking online, no data with online bankers.. Overall, zero efficiency, productivity, quality of the district's head financial PSU.. Request you to work on implementation of your SOP and protocols.. Thanks
