Poor customer care network and service. No proper single window solution available. For a small query or request, customer has to wait in call queue and after explaining the request the call gets transferred to another department, where again you need to explain or they just disconnect the call. @Apollo hospitals, if you are in professional service based business, kindly make sure all services and customer touch points are properly handled, not just the face of your marketing campaign... Really poor after services!
Apollo Spectra Hospital has sufficient infrastructure to undergo complex surgeries - my wife underwent ear surgery which was successful. Hospital rooms are neatly maintained , staffs are courteous and food also made well. I would definitely recommend this hospital for any surgeries or checkups due to the above mentioned reasons.
