Absolutely brilliant hotel. Location is very good. Easy access through the airport & metro station. Beautifully decorated interior. Rooms are average-sized but luxurious. Cleanliness is ubiquitous. Food is excellent. Staff is courteous. Bit costly though.
Nice Hotel good ambience, this is one of the oldest hotels of Mumbai, so you get the feeling of home in the rooms. Staff is polite and cooperative. Center location so feels good.
Nice 3 star hotel. Rooms, hallway , waiting launge were very cleaned. But washroom essentials like moisturizer, body shower gel were missing.
1) if you want to go to occasion for short duration and also one to enjoy the St food this hotel is good place. 2) Specially for the people who have arrived in Mumbai just one day before International travel, this hotel is good location because it's just 5 minutes from the airport.
The beryl lounge is perfect place to relax and unwind with your friends and the bartender is very polite and friendly....the staff at reception is slow in getting people checked in.
