No doubt! It's completely deserve to be a university????
Best college in Kendrapara district. With its limits and cons. Professor are no so caring about studies in college. By doing bachelor's degree in this college you will waste precious 3 years of your life until you were preparing for something else in mean time. Having a goal is much necessary to have a clear vision. As all things depends upon student ability to change anything ????
