the hospital is and well equipped and big enough but Unfortunately the doctors and stuff are untrained and not helpful & very unprofessional.You can use there ambulance which is better service than there doctor and nurses. Also please do double check with other hospital doctors after a visit with there doctors. 1 star for there ambulance service. Kindly be humble with people and bring some good trained doctor not money minded service man.
We were giving appointment for 11 am on 15.04.21 and were told to report on time. Junior doctor had examined the patient at 11.15 and told us to wait till 12. Upon asking him, he told us that the main doctor usually comes by 12. I would like to understand, how the hospital can do this in such times, when covid is on the rise. Why would they want a senior citizen to wait for so long
Good hospital in South Delhi and is easily approachable. Doctors are well qualified and polite and handle patients with ease. Hospital has tie ups with various panels and provides quality treatment.
An appointed nurse took money for Covid Test, and told us to take the slip from the reception. On reaching the reception, they said they didn't get any money. Upon calling the nurse, he thoroughly denied having received any money from us. We had to pay again. Taking advantage of a patient's sickness is a very sick action. I hope you do better in future.
They are not doctors they do only copy paste worst hospital don't fall into by hospital cover trust me.
