One of the most Poorly Managed UPHC run under BMC. No Punctuality, no Cooperation, whatsoever. They Start Vaccination after 9:30am, instead of 8:30. Due to this Delay, Mass Gathering with No Social Distancing was maintained in the Premises. The Police Personnel tried to Manage most of the Croud, but the Dispensery Staffs weren't Seen nowhere till 9:30am.
