Residing here from last 3 years....Every other day there is water supply problem. And these days water supply is even worse.Maintenance people are not concerned and they don't pick up our call. They are making more and more flats here and selling them...And not able to cater even the basic need of people.
Very bad maintenance. Water is a very big problem.

As a society, it's fine... as it looks spacious like a big settlement...away from the city... If u need to go out on daily basis, personal vehicle is a must as public transportation is not good up to this location... If you are willing to buy a flat here then.. Beware... as construction quality is worse.. Better to take a plot here and construct home by yourself... If you can compromise on this point... affordable home you can get here...
