A hospital with absolutely no medical ethics. Kept a patient with severe abdominal pain overnight without any strong pain killer, gave only paracetamol. No treatment started till consultant came for rounds next day morning 11am. Only lab tests done worth 6k. And kept in nil per oral status. The consultant is such expert, without any radiology, diagnosed as gall bladder stone and advised immediate Surgery. On requesting for a confirmation, with great hesitancy ultrasound done. And guess the finding, a big gall bladder stone. Took discharge against medical advise and went to another hospital. They started IV fluids with antibiotics and strong pain killer. Did ultrasound again, only to find sludge in gall bladder, and no need for urgent surgery.
Go for any problems, they will ask you to do hundred of test all within the hospital and afterwards give you basic medicine and diagnosis. If they know you got mediclaim then they will put you under observation for at least 48 hours. Hospitalisation for under observation is not refundable under mediclaim. Even their PR official is number one chor. Chor Hospital hai
Worst experience... staff works like a normal routine job don’t know what essential service called. Don’t know the importance of the patients time and money. No coordination between doctors and staff. CT scan Receptionist Only one star for PRO Dept. Who tried to understand the situation but not worth after wasting 3 whole days waiting for the sibgle CT scan report.
Multi speciality hospital and well equipped testing centre as well. Staff is good too with very good doctors visiting there for consultations.
Staff is very responsive and helpful in icu dept and pathology department, doctors are experienced in their field of profession, dr.ashish raut was very polite and informative about the skin issues when I visited the hosp, It is also budget friendly to pocket, overall nice experience
