By far the best hospital in Shillong. Doctors are very good. Dr Mahesh was a revelation. The nurses are prompt and polite unlike other hospitals in Shillong. All medicine was made available in the room unlike other hospitals where they send you three to four floors down to get medicine every few hours. Administration has Bah Damien who is gem of a person and an able administrator. Dr Thangkhiew is heading a very well knit team and he along with Dr Nongbet, Dr Rishan, Dr Nangshan will definitely strengthen Meghalaya's medical infrastructure. The entire family including Toshan are the most humble and loving people you are likely to meet.

This is one of the best hospitals in Shillong. Not even one staff member was rude, including the cleaning staffs, ward boys, nurses and doctors. Even during the corona times I felt completely safe there the safety measures were very good. Even the toilets were very clean. The only thing is that it is super expensive. Staying there for 8 days costed me a lakh rupees (including an operation)
