Behaviour of staffs and nurses are very appreciable. They served good quality, varieties of foods to patients on time. Neat and clean hospital area.. Healthy environment.Overall experience was very good. The only problem is the transportation.The place is situated far from the main road..
My Mother is admitted here for Covud treatment. Pathetic medical service. She had been complaining to themedical staff about loose motion. It took 3 days, 2 escalations and a complain for us to get her medicines started. There is no way to contact the doctors for an update. The process requires patient families to register their name by 2PM daily. Thereafter the doctor is supposed to contact the family with a daily medical update. This never happens. The doctors never call you. When you contact the Emergency desk, they misbehave with you. This is an apology of a hospital.
Worst hospital I have ever seen in my life ... They even don't give water to the patient 64 years old lady patient fell down during taking water and was injured but not a single staff came for help..... Request to everyone not to put your family member and risk their life..... Very bad condition.....
The most worst hospital.There is no doctor for covid patients. The patient will die without treatment. I don't know what a cancer hospital is like !! But very bad for covid. If you do not want to save the patient will be admitted there. The behaviour of nurses and stuffs are very poor. They do not take minimal care of patients.
The worst hospital in kolkata. They don't take care of Covid patients admitted. No food is being given till 11 pm at nyt. No one to take the patient to bathroom. In week condition the patient has to walk himself no one support them.
