Never admit your loved ones in this hospital it will the first and last mistake of your life. Hospital staff is very rude & they think themselves as the prime minister of the nation.Nurses are negligient and don't care about their patients. In case of any critical situation of the patient u need to convince the nurses to come, call them 3-4 times otherwise they would let the patient die .Regarding Oxygen, They refill the oxygen only at evening 5:00 p.m. around, it doesn't matter whether the oxygen tubes get empty before 5:00 p.m aur after 5 p.m. But the oxygen tubes would be refilled only at 5 p.m. so any patient should face breathing difficulty only at 5 p.m.(according to them).Now this is the case when patient is alive, they won't even let the patient die peacefully. They take minimum 21 days time for providing death certificate so hope u guys can figure it out how pathetic this hospital is. Believe me these things are not just lies, I have experienced these things and lost my mother in this "Best Hospital" of Delhi.

My mother was detected with Covid on 2nd May and we admitted her to Hindu Rao hospital. From day 1 we found that the treatment of such critical disease is handled by students... The nurses were so careless... Doctors used to visit wards however they never heard from patients and trusted on what their medical students had to say. Me and my brother were having a very close monitoring on what treatment is being given and we consulted doctors from other hospitals also. 17 May my mom got covid negative and her blood reports also reflected improvement. Hospital staff was very keen to send my mom to ICU and initially we had refused them many times stating mother is doing recovery. On 26 May, 1 medical student threatened us that if we did not shift mother to ICU in 5 mins then they will not be responsible. We trusted him and agreed to shift to ICU and this was our biggest mistake. Distance from ward to ICU was too much and during shifting my mother gave up on saturation level. Upon reaching ICU my brother immediately put oxygen mask on my mothers mouth post which oxygen level started increasing, reached 55 and my mom responded that she is feeling better. Then ICU doctors (they were like sweepers) asked my brother to leave the cabin post which within 10 minutes they told us that my mom has no breathing now. They had put pipe in my mothers mouth which was not required that time. Point to note, on 26 morning, doctor took blood samples at around 1230pm and without checking blood report he asked us to shift mom to ICU? My mom's jwellery was missing too My mom was covid negative, still they sent her body to post morterm room and handed over to us after 1 hour at Nigam Bodh shamshan ghat where we did the Cremination. This was a horrible experience which i will not forget until i live. I lost my mother, i do not trust this hospital anymore, in 25 days, i have seen only 3 recoveries and rest all people died. Death:recovery ratio is 9:1 But they share fake reports.
Worst hospital ever seen.. please don't admit your family member here request all of you. Because yaha ''Jo jaega wo wapas Nahi aaega". All doctors are furji. No care no food for patience. Once you admit your family member within 10 days they said he/she died due to lung infection.
This hospital is fake no responsibility about covid serious patient my wife is serious online show 105 beds available for covid serious patient but but doctors says no bad available this time kejriwal Sir please take action against this type of hospitals
