Amazed with the facilities provided in this hospital. It definitely gives a tough competition to many private hospitals. Well maintained, super clean, ample parking space and well behaved staffs. I have never seen a such a super clean government hospital .
I was surprised to see the hospital matching the appearance of any good pvt hospital, but was not happy to see the support staff not supporting the patients. In emergency there is no support staff to assist patients and they have to search for the wheel chair etc on their own. Will be great if more support staffs with accoutability are posted with proper monitoring. The wash rooms are very well built but again the maintenance is very poor, the urinary outlet has not been properly inserted into the slot which results in the same poring out and no staff was available to whom it can be said
I was there for androgenic alopecia.. n Dr.sunita Gupta and Dr.krishan from skin department are so experienced and very well professional doctors in the hospital.. the behaviour of both the doctors are very generous.. due to overcrowded environment, some people may not be agree with me, but dealing with hundreds of patients in a single day with a smile shows thier didication.

Although hospital infrastructure is improved but the behavior of doctor nurses , specific in Gynaecology ward is not polite, a junior gynaecology Doctor is huge impolite, she always crying on patient. similarly, A JR in emergency is. they call patient alway TU, Kaha kam Karta hai, Tujhe kya problem hai etc. always use tapori type language. Staff should be counseled how to behave with patient. Patient already in trouble, and behave of hospital official work to increase the patient trouble.
