Please try to avoid this place for service, unprofessional staff, and I think they are operating with training staff, they will spoil your vehicle if you give them for service. They just changed the fork oil, but they filled oil in two different levels. Due to this my new tyre destroyed with in two months. One side of tyre got damaged due to this. Also after the last service there was some cracked sounds from engine, next day I given them again to rectify the same they charged again a good amount. Felt they are making complaints purposely to get more business. The cashier will ask your mobile to get the satisfaction code sms before the vehicle delivery to keep them safe. That lady is so rude and not all customer friendly. Please avoid to do service there.

Hero service is not at all good. Once u go with ur vehicle nobody notice u. Except the Watchman. Have never felt they are good in servicing... Nor they are any professional.. not even near to professionals
