This Primary Health Centre is located in Saptagiri Colony in Neredmet area in Secunderabad. It has been designated as one of the COVID vaccination centres. Unfortunately I've visited several times, and even stood in a queue on two or three days, but I was unable to get the vaccine. The place is generally well-organized and the staff are quite courteous and helpful with information.
Staff does not bother to speak properly and nobody wants to guide patients. Contact number of the centre is missing on the board outside and everywhere. Every staff member wants to pass the buck to others. Work gets done but not without a fight and struggle.
Normal days it is ok but during crowd it is difficult for the staff to manage and put the system in place that too during Covid-19 and Vaccination. I have undergone RTPCR test on 2.4.2021 but didn't get the message regarding result. After 48 hrs visited the center to know the facts and learnt that there was a software problem and the messages did not reach the intended. How ever the result arrived at the center and thank god mine was negative. I appreciate Dr. Prashanthi for her support, service and down to earth nature. I found her to be the EVEN out of the ODDS that too in a Govt. Organization. Thank you
