The centre is pathetic, the person named Sandeep is a fraud. They are cheating people. For vaccine they are charging 1500 where in the app it is mentioned 1250. They won't give u vaccine on die date. Will change your date without asking when you go there. The have incompetent staff who lie on your face , give wrong information always. Don't trust them. Never visit.
Very good and sincere organization on health sector. They have potency to conduct mass vaccination. Today I got my Covid 19 1st jab from them. Thank you and lots of love... :-)
This Apollo clinic has inexperienced staff. I visited this clinic for covid vaccination for my parents. Only 1 nurse is assigned to give the vaccine shots and the remaining staff are just bossing around. The reception staff are inexperienced and unprofessional. They don't answer to your phone calls, provide misinformation and were rude while talking to us. They don't maintain a queue of the list of patients waiting for vaccination and they were showing off how busy they are. This clinic is surely maligning the brand name of Apollo.

I went to get vaccinated for covid there & found the centre was in chaois. It's a good thing that they were providing vaccines but no one on crowd control. Under staffed & very harsh behaviour of them. It's not the way Apollo runs and they really need some behavioral training sessions in order to show correct behaviour with their customers. I believe they lost a lot of potential customers by acting weird that day. Can't loose your temper!!! And moreover, they charged ₹1500/- for covaxin instead of ₹1250/-, the price which was shown upon the time of booking the slot.
