Doctor best. Nursing staff also good. Very bad ground support. Admission took more 2 hours and no one was around. After OT, patient had to remain on the OT stretcher as no one around to shift him on his bed. On discharge we requested for a wheel chair, waited for 30 minute. Patient had to walk all the way. He got operated yesterday.3 floor Ward manager ignorant, we told her the issue she just walked away. One word pathetic service
That's a private nursing home located in Howrah. Infrastructure are really good and well maintained thospital with various types of patients and Doctors. Staff's are good and the all doctor's are good and friendly. They had good amount of patience. And know very well how to deal with the issues. Hospital campus are very clean. They have a sufficient beds for patients and lots of facilities. but as a private hospital that's quite expensive and not affordable for all. In the last few years it has been improved in a good way.
Worst Service ever. The junior doctors are good but the hospital officials and other non technical staff's behavior is worst. Specially the management is disappointing. They are only here to suck your hard earned money. Delay in reports where patient is already critical. Don't have proper senior doctors to handle critical cases. Unnecessary holding patients to increase hospital bills. You may have lost your dear one for their money looting process. Please avoid this hospital if you have a good option.
Worst hospital. It should not even call itself a super speciality hospital. The staff is extremely rude and uninformed about its own rules and regulations. No one seem to have a clue. I had been referred from govt hospital for MRI they turned me down. Please go at your own risk. They just want to spend all your money. (Polite word for loot)
My spouse was admitted to the hospital for surgery. On the day of surgery it was informed that hospital was removed from the in network of the corporate insurance. Then I did the surgery with cash and trying to apply reimburse from my insurance. But hospital is not ready to share the registration number of the doctor. Even there is nowhere mentioned in prescription, bill etc. When I am requesting just the registration number(called to admission dept and insurance dept), they are asking to come to hospital and talk. This is absolutely ridiculous in this covid situation and I stay very far from the hospital. I am not asking any patient medical records. Just asking the doctor's registration number which is not a confidential information.
