Nice place..
This is one of the oldest housing societies in wadgaonsheri. Not well designed as no parking space was designed keeping future in mind. Mostly Marathi crowds. Location is good but not great. Market is available just outside. Rent is too high for such an old society. Resale value of flats here is now saturated and even low as compared to current market rates.
IS one of the society in PATAS gaon on the way of Pune Solapur High way.
