Take so much time for Vehicle registration. Please remove agent system, without agent no work is possible. Better to increase the online registration via online slot booking and etc.
People are very slow in coming to office & doing work and constable not able answer in a good way. Only DTO officer is nice and ver respective. Thank You!
Please change the agent system, and provide helpdesk.... Without agent you've wait for evening or else you need to come again. With agent just photo is enough, this is the system we are having here..

Location is good. Covid19 safety measures are good. I suggest the Rta department to put the volunteers not an agents. The vechile inspection team who is responsible to check the chasis number is irresponsible in his duties. Persons who come directly to get their registration will suffer to some extent, whereas by agents get it done smoothly. However both will get their work completed successfully. Overall good office.
