The hospital is good and well maintained. Though it is near to nalla cheruvu. Dr. Srinivas is and excellent person and he treats patients we well and explains with cool mind. Coming to the front office. It is an worst experience with them. They won't give proper response and their attitude is like they are the owners of the hospital. I have visited this hospital almost for 6 times. Same experience with the front office. 5 stars are given only for Dr. Srinivas garu.
Excellent Hospital .All the doctors and treatment is good . My uncle were admitted for 4 days here a month ago . However the staff were very rude , front office, pharmacy and nurses . Mostly the charges are high in this covid pandemic .please ensure that .all the nurses are learners. They didn't know anything except 1 or 2 thats it .even they didnt know how to keep iv canula . Nil caring about patients.the Ot staff were doing good here .for my uncle, the name called vinay itseems ,he is simply superb for treating and caring about Patients. My uncle were very excited and interacted with him ,very kind hearted person ..good going on ..and the last .Housekeeping people were extremely worst in that hospital , very rude and negligent people
Srivivas sir is cool and peaceful. Very helpful and good doctor. Even our phone calls also lifted and solve our injuries, very grateful, iam one of the patient, thank you very much sir giving this opportunity, have a great day today sir..
