"Rapleng Community Hall" is a place in which every "Village Meeting" or "Dorbar Shnong" in local language is organised when there is a need to discuss the important matter for public welfare of the Community as a whole. Every year the Local Durbar or Village Meeting is held and introduce statistics and village reports and maintain law and order for the well-being of society; "Sordar" or "Rangbah Shnong" which is a "Village Headman" preside the meeting along with the Village Elders. It is also a place in which every important discussions for the welfare of children, women and the youth are conducted.
