We visited here to meet Dr. Shashidhar (Orthopaedic) for my mother-in-law's leg issue. He was very warm, patient and specific with his diagnosis. He was one of those rare doctors who could make my mother in law comfortable and treat her to her satisfaction. Would highly recommend Dr. Shashidhar for his expertise and approach to patient consultation and diagnosis.
Doctor Shashidhar B.S is one of the best Orthopedic doctors in India. A great human being, so down to earth, knows how to talk to a patient and treat them in a right way. Frankly speaking, I never trusted Dr. Sunny until I met Dr. Shashidhar B.S. My personal experience with him is not just once but multiple times. In my difficult times, he was the one who helped every way possible virtually as my reach was very difficult being in a different corner of the country. A million thanks to him, tons of blessings and what not. My recommendation to the entire country and everyone, you can blindly look for him in case of any Ortho related treatments. He is “A human like God”.
Liars they are. I visited here in the morning with my 70yrs old mom immediately after getting a call confirmation from them about Covishield vaccination. After I reached they denied giving vaccine as they need 10 people for it. So, the person attending calls and one in the reception are not on sink. When i raised this concern the person at the reception started another story of server down for covid vaccine registration.
I have underwent aesthetic fillings in the Dental department. Dr. Lavanya kumpati has explained the treatment module in an understandable way. She has rendered pain free treatment.she has explained how to maintain and proper brushing technique too. Thank you doctor for your support .
I visited the clinic and let me narrate my experience. 1. For general consultatuon they charged me INR 650 2. I was wearing a N 95 mask. They insisted I wear a disposable mask for which they had charged me. 3. The nurse who performed the weight and BP chexks herself wasn't wearing the disposable gloves and was touching the patients bare handed. When j requested her to wear gloves she told me "it's VERY DIFFICULT TO CONTROL THE SPREAD OF COVID19 ,so no use wearing gloves" . I too insisted she wear the gloves and then she wore one after insisting 4. There were no patients in the clinic at all, yet we waited for around 10 minutes in the reception area. 5. We were taken to the doctor's room , she checked and suggested 3 blood tests and one ultra sound for stomach due to acidity issue 5. She insisted she wants to see the reports tomorrow and indirectly was hinting us to do the same tests at this clinic 6. I told them ill get it done outside and will get the reports , doctor told us okay your wish but I want to see it tomorrow and she called in the nurse and told her get these blood tests done and take the blood sample. I was like I told you I'll get it done outside then why should I give my blood sample here. 7. They were targeting to siphon out as much money as possible. 8. As injections were prescribed, we bought the medicines from the in house medical shop. I have shared pictures of the rooms which are in a desperate need for cleaning and maybe they need to avail laundry services and dispose the medical waste. Looks like it's been some days since it was cleaned, dusted and mopped. 9. When we told we will not sleep on this bed for the injections, then the attender who was kind enough got us a disposable bed roll which the doctor did not use at all and the bed and bedsheet was in similar dirty condition. 10. During check out the receptionist told me since the nurse has given you 2 injections , you need to pay INR 200 extra as only 1 injection isnincluded with consultation. I DIDN'T GET A BILL FOR THIS EXTRA 200 INR. I am really taken aback as big hospitals like Narayana, Fortis and private clinics do not charge like this . 11. I told the receptionist what is the logic behind this aspect. The receptionist didn't even answer me and when I showed her that the payment is transferred she didn't even look at it , she updated the report and just gave the file without even thanking me. Inference: I would never visit this clinic even during life threatening emergencies. They have no patients as observed during the time I visited they are trying to prey on whosoever comes in and suggest blood tests and scans by charging exorbitant consultation charges for even a general consultation. For those of you reading this, please visit the clinic at your kind discretion and depending on your emergency.
