We had booked an appointment for vaccination on 10 May 2021 and the Security Guard stationed outside had taken the relavant information and issued the token. We made online payment at the reception desk and were asked to proceed to the basement . Our names were called and the vaccination was done instantly for my sister and me . We waited for the mandatory 30 minutes in the visitors lounge and left for home. It was seamless and hassle free customer delight.. Valet parking guys also swift and courteous. Chemist/Medical store guy also promote and efficient.
