Me and my husband, we visited the hospital today for our first dose. The process was seamless. The entire staff makes sure you do not face any discomfort. Appropriate safety measures were taken by the hospital and social distancing was maintained. A big applause for the management to have this drive and the staff to execute it so perfectly. A special thanks to Ms. Heena for her assistance during the process. Keep up the good work!
Excellent hospital with excellent staff . No 1 Maternity and Children hospital in Mumbai. Excellent hospitality of all the departments. They have experienced and supportive staff who are ready to give you support 24×7. From sweepers, medical attendee, nurse, doctors, HR Admin team, Marketing team, reception - help desk, canteen, security n do forgive if have missed any of them! The whole team was super duper!!!!! The nursing n housekeeping staff was just a bell away n were too prompt.
It was a very well organized setup. Very friendly and helpful staff. The nurse who gave the injection was excellent. Very good after care too. Thanks for the wonderful experience.
Went here to take the Covishield Vaccine. The registration process and vaccination administration was very very smooth. No rush at all and was very well managed. It was done quick in 5 min and then i was asked to wait for 30 min to observe. This hospital seems to be following all the rules
Visited cloud nine for Covid 19 Vaccination. Arrangements were pretty good except waiting area which was in parking lot of the hospital. People were allowed to enter in batches of 5 to avoid crowding.. All staff humble n polite, giving clear instructions.. post vaccination checks including BP, O2 saturation were also conducted properly.. Very good experience overall.. ????
