Work when you have no good options and money is not important. Else its good and you can enjoy swimming, gym and games etc but work no no thats secondary here. Surprisingly everyone talks about campus and none are talking about work and career. Grow up its career time not some college time where in campus has to be looked into...Anyways it take lot maturity to understand that what to compare and how.

Infosys as a organisation is very nice but work culture and environment depends on the account and project to which you will be aligned. Through policies Infosys provides work flexibility, work life balance, job security and many more. There are many pros and very few cons available here. Cons are salary growth is low, its hard to get promotion here, welfare fund deduction in salary and paid vehicle parking. Overall very nice company !!!
Almost all of the people have written about infrastructure..and campus ..thats good because it is located in an IT park that is great ...but management is absolutely worst, utter nonsense, people with very less intellectual work here..even the people sitting above you..don't waste your time joining here..they lack in everything..waste of time and energy the management doesn't have unity in themselves and extremely slow process..salary wise supremely low..go for infosys ltd it's a good company ..don't waste your time making career in bpo unless an until you have been hired by Amazon ...go for coding job profiles instead ..even 1 star is too much for Infosys Bpm..
