Horrible experience. They are only working for collection of money. None of their customer care numbers work. They had taken 2 booking appointments and never showed up. When we went for a drive through they were more interested in fee payment. What's more funny is the after the test service. They leave it to the government for any delay in reports and don't bother to entertain any queries or issues any one faces with regards to the reports. Worst service ever especially when they are actually needed. Rest of the time they will call you non stop to get tested for stupid and nonsensical examination.
I am 71 years old. I have had 2 by pass surgery. I am diabetic as well. I tested from path kindlab 6 days back and still don't have report. I can't start medication and am scared that it would affect my health. There is no response from the customer care. People don't care about life
Please do not waste time going for test collection. We have been waiting for the report since the past 7 days and have had no response. None of their numbers work.

It is a fraud lab. They have collected my sample and I had paid for the test. But, the report did not come. I was continuously calling to the customer care but they did not response. It is just a fraud lab. Prefer some other lab.
