Pantry very costly. Idly alone costs Rs.130/- per plate. Rooms intercom and cable was not working. Cable problem was fixed at night 9pm (admitted in morning). Intercom started working next day at the time of our discharge(evening). Please inform patients and relatives during admission to keep their bank account details ready in case any refund has to be processed. Nurses very very cooperative.
The hospital is run quite unprofessionally for the pricing points at which they admit. Uncooperative staff and many times they are clueless about processes. It’s a small hospital yet they can’t handle if . They could Definitely do with better management as they do have some good doctors empaneled.
RIP OFF ! Highly Overpriced. There are better hospitals with more qualified & efficient doctors that provide better service at reasonable & affordable rates. I do not recommend
One of the most unprofessional emergency hospital in mumbai.. half way through the wound cleaning on the head, the doctor stops to check her phone as in was ringing.. highly disappointed the level of care. The nurse and staff act like everyone is working for free and no regard for patient care...
One of the best hospitals in the suburbs .Doctors and Nursing Staff par excellence, Customer Care very helpful. However Security Staff in the night shift very slack. Canteen Services require improvement.
