I recently visited this clinic on 23rd Feb 2021 for my son's health check up and very happy with the services provided by them. The staff were courteous, responsive and prompt in addressing queries. It was a neat facility. Physiotherapy assessment can be improved.
Had my covid vaccine appointment here after booking thru Cowin app. The front desk will give you a form which has a basic questions about your health and personal details like address ,DOB.. After u fill that, they will attach your aadhar photocopy and they will mention your token number on the paper . If there are 60 slots in the appointment then if they mention 60 on the paper then get ready to spend time ???????? at the first floor (which is the worst part in this whole process). Only one person is administered here ,she will check your BP and Oxygen level and the other people will have to wait for their turn. So if u are the last person which was my case I had to wait till others have finished. I had to wait for 60 mins in that ????process. U can make the payment in either cash or card at the same floor. Then they finally send you to the injection site which was ground floor. It hardly is a 20 sec process there . Then they ask you to wait for atleast 15mins for any Adverse Effect Following Immunization (AEFI). After that you can leave. They don't even give you a basic dolo tablet or other paracetamol which you may require when u develop some side effects like fever ,headache...after vaccination. So for the 20 sec process u have to wait for so much time. U will not be given any slip after being vaccinated. U will receive a message in approx one hour after vaccination. Only advice to the management Why can't the waiting time be reduced .?? - U can do a better job.!!!.

Went for an Health check. The staffs were very supportive and courteous. The consultant's were very patient and explained things patiently. The front office staff Ms.Sowmya was very supportive. Overall had an Good experience.
Went for medical check up..the staffs are good..however the general physician who give free consultation doesn't pay much care as we are from corporates who have tie up with Apollo for free check up for employees..my husband who is also from same company and undergone medical test felt the same abt general physicians..another bad experience for my son.he had an infection and light pus coming from toes may be because of shoe infection. The doctor didn't care to even have a look at the toe and asked him to go for xray..finally there was nothing in xray. Not sure if this clinic has good experienced doctors
