Small community health centre situated in remote area of Phulbari. Poor basic medical facilities, Doctors and Nurses not available in the centre. Emergency facilities is not available. Infrastructure is in bad shape due to no working staff and maintenance. Wastage of public money, no any benefits to the public of the nearby area. Respective department look into the issue to revive the CHC by providing adequate staff's and medical requirements for the preliminary treatment.
