Through Ayurveda, Homeopathy, Unani, Yoga and Naturopathy systems, health and medical facilities are constantly being provided to the public through the hospitals / AYUSH Wing / AYUSH Clinics / Dispensaries operated under the AYUSH Department, Madhya Pradesh Government. Departmental doctors and paramedical staff are providing medical and health facilities through their services from the state capital to the remote mountain, rural and urban, tribal and backward areas. 90 percent of the department's institutions are in rural areas.
