Worst service ever for a insurance company. Claim settlement is very hard if you miss to cashless. Even cashless they wont approve on time. It was three days i waited. I was discharged from hospital and even then it was not approved. Pathetic one. They are going to literally harass you until you feel you give up. It takes 2 plus months for any claim settlement. Better never think of enrolling this insurance company.
Very worst insurance company.. submitted all original documents (35 pages ) ..Even they don't consider ICMR reports too....not a single penny they give as claimed amount ..beware from this company.
Worst company to have in TPA.
There service is very very bad. And they don’t care about feedback too. Such service providers should be banned. I am going to make formal complaint to IRDA. Forced to give one star as otherwise one cannot submit review
Worst Service, don't buy, unnecessary deduction of claim. Full Harassment of the patient.
