We've started taking treatment here very recently, a week back. Having gone through all the reviews, I sense something very clearly: The Doctor is good. No complaints about her treatment. THE ONLY PROBLEM IS 'THE STAFF'!!! I too feel exactly the same. I will add something more in coming days.
Apart from the treatment I mainly faced rudeness towards patients from the staff over here. They talks very rudly and not giving minimum respect to the people , laboratory and scanning staff are also like that. Remember you are not going to treat freely here then why you should take the disrespect from them???
Superb extraordinary treatment she is like goddess to my family
This is not a hospital, this is a jail for suffering patients. We have to wait for long hours just to consult the doctor for reports. There is no process to manage the crowd. Front office staff and all the other customer relation services are pathetic. Even if we come at 3 pm, we have to be wait till 8-9 pm for scanning and consultation. Very bad experience in all my three visits to the hospital. But learned my lesson now and I will not head to this hospital in future.
