Very good gym setup. Lots of equipment for crossfit training. The trainer is experienced. A well maintained swimming pool. Shower area and Changing rooms need better maintenance.
Not a great place but still its decent one. The charge are very economical.
The pool is best place for beginners. However the team of contractor who is employed does not seems to be professional. Moreover they don't issue one day ticket or monthly pass unless you know the swimming and they force to have coaching which is of course at high cost. Facilities are also poor. Water purification is not upto the mark. Overall Not happy experience .....could have been better...
Swimming pool is cool and big. Nice place for beginner. Gym is also good. Lot of space for parking.
