We have health check up done from here. All the procedure was smooth, general doctor is also good. Clinic is well maintained with good ambiance with good wait area. They have car & bike parking. Don’t rely on call centre they are poor in knowledge instead check with reception directly.
I'd been here to get a friend her covid vaccine. On the phone when I checked I was told walk ins can be accommodated. We had to wait for almost an hour before my friend got her vaccine. This was due the chaotic procedure at their reception. People were asked to fill a form as a prelude to getting vaccinated. There was no track being kept of the order in which people were to be attended. This resulted in some unnecessary crowd at the reception counter. Moreover it seemed that the nurses administering vaccine were out for lunch ( at 3 Pm!) And finally our work got done by 4pm. Would I recommend them? Yes for vaccination because they have a large enough lounge to ensure distancing.
We went for vaccination today. It was not crowded and maintained well, just like Sakra Hospital. Also vaccination area is kept separate, to avoid mixing with regular patients. We had a good experience. We were first person to reach in our slot and they were not sure 10 people will come for Covaxin or not, still they opened the vial and gave us vaccine at their risk. Thanks a lot.
i have visited the clinic twice and have called them 4times, one each on tuesday, friday, tuesday, friday. everytime i was told to call the coming tiesday/friday. its beena month that u havnt got an appt . my appt was taken and cancelled without an information to me. i am ok being told the doctor isnt available,but not ok being told to come or call on the day of appt and doctor isnt available on any of the days. its highly unprofessional of the clinic. ( Ps. This is regarding an appt I have been trying to book with Dr Arjunsa, Pulmonologist)
Very nice clinic... felt safe in this COVID time. My appointment was on time and everything taken care smoothly. To my surprise it costs less compared to other Bangalore hospitals.
